What’s coming up?
All week – A nice, normal, quiet, peaceful week of learning
The next PTO Meeting in scheduled for February 5th at 5:30 p.m. here on campus. All families are invited to attend.
The PTO would like to host a Multicultural Night in April. We are looking for families that would like to be involved to highlight their culture traditions, foods, language, etc. Please email Aimee Peterson at email@example.com if you would like to get involved.
This week began the third quarter of the school year. If you have any questions about your child’s report card, please reach out to his or her teacher. At this halfway point of the school year, we want to make sure that we are all on the same page in terms of the work that lies ahead.
It was great to see so many parents at this week’s Funky Friday! I know that work can get in the way of doing things that we would like to be doing, but if you have a Kindergarten through 4th Grader and you can arrange it, you are always welcome to join us on Fridays at 8:05 in the cafeteria for this fun and funky event. Make sure to bring your dancing shoes.
After a four-day week that felt like eight days, I’m looking forward to a relaxing weekend with Kerri. We aren’t going out of town, just hanging out, sleeping in, and watching college basketball. Sounds pretty perfect to me. I hope you and yours have a great weekend as well.
I’ll see you in the car loop on Monday morning. Speaking of morning car loop, how about a big shout out to my safeties! They are out there everyday, rain or shine, freezing or not, always with a smile and a “Good Morning”. A big thank you goes out to Zalaha, Trenton, Jada, Amani, Mary, Gavin, London, and Malik.
